To add yourself and/or other users, go to the “User Manager” in the main navigation menu and go to “Search/view clients”.



Search for the client in the search bar and set the filters based on whether the client is active/pending and click “View”.



The client profile will then be displayed. Scroll down to the channels section. Within here, you have the ability to add yourself by clicking on “Add me”



To add another FTE or team to a client, click on “Users”.



The user selector slide out will then be displayed on the screen. Within here, you can add other FTEs or teams so that they can journal and/or send jobs out against the client. 


To add a single FTE, type in the name in the users box and select the user and click “Add”.



To add a team to the client and channel, type in the name of the team in the Teams box, select the team and click “Add”.
