FTEs can add themselves as watchers to all tasks.  By adding yourself as a watcher, you will recieve notifications about this task. Also, you will be able to update any actions on the task .  This allows FTEs to keep track of tasks that they are not the owners of. 

An example of this is when a croudie submits work a notification will be sent to the owner and the watchers.  

To add yourself as a watcher click on the eye symbol at the top left of the task you want to watch and enter your name.  An option to add “Me” will show up.
