As part of working with our unique Croudie network, we have the ability to task work out to the network to facilitate the day-to-day running of our client accounts. A typical task setup will look like this: Single Task > Review Task > Review Task.

We have a broad range of task status codes. This is to provide Task Owners with enough information for them to effectively manage the tasks which are assigned to Croudies on the network and to know, at a glance, where in the workflow a task is currently at.

Draft - Seen when a task has been created but not published yet

Scheduled - The task hasn’t started, either because the task itself hasn’t reached the scheduled start date yet, or a preceding task needs to be completed before it can begin.

Open Waiting to be picked up - Applies to Single tasks & QA tasks, the task is open and waiting to be

accepted by a user.

Unassigned - All assigned users have declined the work.

In Progress - A user is currently working on this task.

Revisions Requested - Applies only to a QA task, the QA’er has determined that the work needs revisions.

In Revision - Applies only to Single Tasks and is displayed when the QA’er has requested Revisions.

Submitted - This applies to any task type where work has been completed but more tasks are required before the task is complete.

Review Requested - This applies to a QA task and means that the QA’er has requested the Task Owner (i.e you) to review the work.

Requires Review - This applies to the QA task that is created for the Task Owner when a QA’er requests reviews.
