Not all clients in Croud Control can be accessed by all users some will be restricted. Restricted clients will look like this when they are viewed via the client page. 

When a user views the client and is taken to the client's Summary page. 

If users do not have access to a client there will be a request access button that is clickable and will send a notification to the access team.
