If the client is created but showing as “Pending”, then an email has already been sent to the activation team to make them aware of the new profile and next step for setup. The activation team are the only team that can add channels and activate the client. You will be notified once the client profile is active so that you can affiliate yourself to the channel to journal against and send out work.
