When creating a client, you will need to choose which Croud Entity will manage the client. It is important to add the correct entity - if you assign the wrong entity then future costs will be assigned incorrectly. Contact support@croud.com straight away if you have assigned the wrong entity to a new client.

If the client is going to be managed by teams in London or Shrewsbury, choose “Croud-UK”.

If the client is going to be managed by teams in New York, choose “Croud-US”.

If the client is going to be managed by teams in Verb, choose “Verb”.

If the client is going to be managed by teams in Born Social, choose “Born Social”.
